Improve the logging to include:

regex matching
creating new entities
merging entities

it would be good on import for each item to get the status of all isRef parts:

isRef_speaker, isRef_license, isRef_indexable_text, isRef_annotationOf, isRef_isPartOf, etc.

This way it would be clear right away if a item misses a relation.
