description:
There should be a cli tool for read/write/deploy contract with the correct ABI.

expected results:

  • deploy contracts with correct selector using the ABI
  • read contracts using the rpc endpoint
  • write contracts using extrinsics with input arguments decorated correctly

Deprecated and replaced with custom lib that works with existing eth-rpc tools.
