Several of the features we rely on are currently broken due to updates to the Github API. We need to update the Jenkins master we use and the associated Github plugins to fix this.

Build statuses on PRs will not update correctly until this done.

See http://vm-dcaf-bld-14:8080/job/LabVIEW-DCAF/job/CVTModule/view/change-requests/job/PR-22/3/console for an example Github API call that failed. Search through recent builds, and you'll find a ton of such errors.
