More accessible Deploy button

It gets pretty old going to Tools >> Deploy Tool >> Deploy every time to push config changes to the cRIO.
This is a common user pathway, and would benefit from a shorter set of steps

I ask for:
Add a "Deploy" button to the cRIO Configuration pane beside the "Generate" button
and/or
Right click on the cRIO in the tree -> "Deploy" menu item
