There is no reason we need to enforce python 3.7 as we have galsim_hub as an optional dependency.

  • Update CI to test other python versions
  • Update install.rst, add note about galsim_hub only on python 3.7
  • Update badge in README
  • Update pyproject.toml
  • Others?
