Subject: [PATCH] Update Food and Agriculture Organization of the United
 Nations to comply with 2022 revision (#6072)

The official guideline of this style has been revised: https://www.fao.org/3/cb8081en/cb8081en.pdf . Many updates have been made throughout, mainly adjustments in macros and styles for legal documents.
