Add a tag - Number of verifications received

As of now, we have just one column saying verified or unverified, we want to scale this to a newer version of "upvotes" and "downvotes" where we show the end seeker the number of people that have verified it too.

To Do's:

• Add new variables against every entry in the backend that will correspond to the number of verifications, upvotes and downvotes received by each help provider respectively.
• Create the corresponding buttons in the UI Modal for a Help 'seeker' to upvote or downvote an entry.
• Change the 'mark as verified' and 'unverified' function accordingly to accommodate for a log of the verifications.
• Relook at how the change log will be maintained - instead of a separate stub, maybe it should be included inside the individual entry
