This is the error

Maistra project migrated away from Kustomize to Helm a few days ago maistra/istio-operator@37de602, so the resources link github.com/maistra/istio-operator/config/default?ref=maistra-3.0 is no longer valid.

This should be addressed (by avoiding using sail in the quickstart) by #395 but it would be nice to have the sail install working also - will investigate - thanks for the report

Quickstart should be working again, creating a follow up to fix sail operator install.
