It allows to show tooltips etc.

In the instance we use — no
There are no such plans in writerside in the near future, and I would not add a separate assembly and rendering, since this means additional support for this

In the future, Kandy will have various interactive features (see 1 and 2) that will require web rendering in docs, so it’s unavoidable!
