Host plugin in jenkinsci organization? #378

Hey,

Is there any reason this plugin isn't hosted with the rest of plugins in the jenkinsci GitHub organization?
When anyone searches for changes, they normally only look for the jenkinsci organization, plus publishing documentation to the plugin site is only supported from the jenkinsci org.

Because jenkinsci is controlled by cloudbees

CloudBees is part of the Jenkins community, but does control or operate Jenkins plugin hosting requests.
I have managed and reviewed plugin hosting for some time now and have no affiliation with CloudBees.
