Resourcepack Compatibility Request

I have wanted to use Better Combat (mod) and Fresh Player Animations (resourcepack) together but Better Combat's animations didnt work right with the resourcepack's animations. I wanted to ask for compatibility for that. (Check additional context for why i am here.)

Minecraft 1.20.4
Fabric Loader 0.15.11
Better Combat 1.9.0+ 1.20.4
Fresh Player Animations v0.3

Additional context
I asked on Better Combat's github and the owner told me it might be related to this library's incompatibility with the resourcepack. He asked me to open an issue here since he just uses this library. (ZsoltMolnarrr/BetterCombat#406)
