To improve the statistics, get credibility interval for the output parameters, and make use of all generated data, one could create tables for each output pdb files (different AF models/ several predictions per model) and produce the final table given the Bayesian or regular (independent observations) hypothesis.
Bayesian statistics is, on the one hand, preferable, but it would require generating a prior distribution of the parameters from some test data sets.
