Describe the bug
User Seko#7408 on discord reported being unable to see option for German translations

Expected behavior
All available language options should be selectable.

Operating Environment(s):

  • OS: Linux
  • AtomicDEX Version: 0.5.7 release (appimage)

Additional context
Likely related to how old configs are copied over. See: https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/atomicDEX-Desktop/blob/65d3a999efa31f5745216988afd994bb580113cf/src/app/main.prerequisites.hpp#L291

We could combine settings from cfg.ini into the cfg.json file - seems there are issues with QSettings
ricochet-im/ricochet#21

This would also make retaining current_fiat value when doing assets reset like #1632 as it would be one less file to maintain.
