The editor depends on CrocUtils, maybe you could export the objects using that. It does seem to support loading the MOD (model) files and reading levels, so it seems like if you would write a simple script to merege the OBJ files and applying the needed translation you could export to maps to an obj.
For more context, I've not touched this project since I started it, and it's in a very basic state, so unforunately this isn't really a focus right now. I will keep this open and mark it as a feature suggetion for the future!
