I find the new release - v2.0 - a perfect time to remove any deprecated functionality. Currently the one I could identify is ko.validation.configure method which is superseeded by ko.validation.init. If you still want to keep this method there please share your thoughts. If you know about any other deprecated functionality add a comment about it.
