There is an existing PR that ports the existing test suite from Olympus, but it isn't really complete/mergeable: https://github.com/KlimaDAO/klimadao-solidity/pull/4/files

The scope of this ticket is to take that PR, update it, and expand it as follows:

  • Ensure all contracts have some basic tests
    • Retirement aggregator definitely needs tests written
  • Add testing invocation to the GitHub Actions ci.yaml workflow
