I've been using site name as a unique site identifier but its not quite

For example, we have two high streets which need distinguishing

I need to abandon sitename as a unique key. For BCC trees, we already have BCCsitecode but there is no equivalent for the other 'owners'

Check all non BCC sites and use sitecode = sitename if unique, otherwise add prefix.
change BCCsitecode to sitecode in sites and trees
change routing to use sitecode only

This also solves problem of nonURl compatible names

some sites were missing a BCCsite code now added
non BCC site codes added as sitecode
BCC site codes added as sitecode
trees need the sitecodes - big update
code changes need - is this still site? are there cached URLs - better to add /sitecode in case - incremental anyway
subsite/supersite links change to sitecode
remove redundant tree fields : BCCsitecode, site

site list needs deduping now that we can see all the sites in a list
done but one code was wrong and this trees may also be wrong - Riverside Park was ADELPL
and sb RIVERPA - yes all trees in RIVERPA are in ADELPL - need to put them back - done

the treecount caching for sites has been rerun- util/cache-site-treecount.xq

tree editor has fields for sitenames which need to be replaced by sitecodes

add tree on sitecode not implemented
search needs changing - done

sitecodes seem to be buggered up - lots of sites have codes different from the BCC site codes - bulk change to replace sitecode with BCCsite code has crashed leaving data in a mess

restarted the server since cant terminate that update - seems to be some confusion in the data and I may have made it worse -

eg http://bristoltrees.space/Tree/tree/BCC-88904

has a BCC sitecode of WALLSA but the rest of the trees in that area have a site code of 4526621

creating a list of BCCcodes and the aliased sitecode - no idea why they are not unique but conversion to the normalised code being done on input
