Exception thrown: 'System.IndexOutOfRangeException' in PresentationFramework.dll
An unhandled exception of type 'System.IndexOutOfRangeException' occurred in PresentationFramework.dll
Index was outside the bounds of the array.

The root cause is the WPF bug:
dotnet/wpf#9582
