Load homepage faster

On the homepage, the settings menu button doesn't appear until the list of all card names has appeared, which takes forever. Three improvements here:

1. There is some bug that causes this to take much longer than that amount of data transfer should need. I have been unable to figure out why this is happening so far.
2. Make the card name list saved in localstorage so it doesn't need to do this every time.
3. Make the button appear right away, and the autocomplete dropdown just won't work until all the names have loaded.
