It looks like the header’s clusterVersion doesn’t have to be set for PINOP requests. Is that correct? If so, why is that? Are there any other requests that don’t require it?

I realize you must be extremely busy, so I'll reduce the number of questions to one. Should a kinetic device reject a PINOP request if it doesn't specify the correct cluster version?
I would appreciate your opinion here. My opinion that the cluster version is not needed for pin operations because PIN operations are about the locking and unlocking the drive for use and the cluster version would be needed after the drive is unlocked for use. This allows the configuration version not to be available when the drive is locked. I believe that this is how the simulator operates.
If you think there is a good reason otherwise. Suggest away. I am all ears :-)
