Fixed issues #585 (partly)

Description:

Some fixes for the reported bugs from S11.
Also some more smaller tweaks and additions which aren't connected to any task.

Content:

  • Fixed infantry not spawning at sector activation (Bug 05)
  • Fixed "chaos" when Opfor is selected for player side (Bug 04)
  • Added missing ; in dialog/control configs
  • Added name variables for civilian and resistance presets
  • Tweaked log output of mission start information
  • Added KPLIB_fnc_common_log
  • Replaced covered transport Taru helicopter with naked transport Taru
  • Tweaked formatting in preset file array alignment

Successfully tested on:

  • Local MP Vanilla
  • Dedicated MP Vanilla

Found a bug, that when switching presets (e.g. enemy from CSAT to NATO), the "old CSAT vehicles" are still in the sector garrisons. This will be adressed in #587, as it's connected to the garrison module.
