Add ability to open a Pauri in SG #1219
Comments
@gurjit03, is there a way we can put pauri numbers for Baanis like Japji Sahib, Sukhmani Sahib as shortcuts to skip to pauri? |
@gurjit03 please let me know what's possible? I can come up with UI suggestion if this is possible |
@saintsoldierx I will have a look asap |
@saintsoldierx @ManjotS Quickly checking the API response, I can't see any information about the pauree. We need support 1 more property on the API response i.e pauree. |
@gurjit03 veerji, how about using that paragraph property, it looks like it has the same purpose as the pauree. 🤔 |
@Gauravjeetsingh I doubt that check paragraph: 1, 2, 3 for eg. We can deduce this information but we might needs to do some checks on the FE side and also have to rely on our limited knowledge for the same, could lead to some unexpected errors imho. |
Oh, I see. Yeah, the paragraph numbers aren't consistent with Pauris. We would need another property here, |
This needs to be modified in the API then. |

At times, we need to quickly move to a specific Pauri in Sundar-Gutka.
Describe the solution you'd like
An ability to click a link and reach there without manually scrolling all along would be awesome.
