Describe the Bug

When resuming windows 11 from sleep the left arrow key is stuck (repeated presses). Can be fixed by pressing any other key on the keyboard.

it's caused by the chibios USB driver, there is a fix in upstream develop branch, but we haven't test it yet
qmk#21656
