F446の性能を考えれば、コントローラの受信のみを別のマイコンで行う必要はない

このコードを元にロボット制御コードを書き足してもらう？（CubeMX HALへの習熟が必要）
mbedライブラリとして扱える形に移植？（HALとべったりのコードなので手間がかかりそう）
