Seeking Help USB Reflash of Kauf BLF15 #60

I have a couple of Kauf BLF15 bulbs that I would like to reflash using USB. Can anyone provide me with the pinouts and what needs to be connected to what on the USB device.

There's a set of 5 or 6 headers, but I can't decode what they are. Picture below.
