Issue with back navigation on images

What happened?

When clicking on a post to put it in focus then clicking on the posted image, when navigating back, it first navigates back to where you clicked on the post from rather than dismissing the image.

Expected behavior

Dismiss the image first before navigating back from the post in the background.

How to reproduce

1. Click on a post with an image
2. Click on the image
3. Navigate back
