Laggy UI

There is a situation where UI lags a lot, and only a reboot fix the issue.

To replicate it, create three views (update: two or even one are still enough), then open any and click on update button several times (at least 6 o 7 times). Here two videos that display a fluid UI and a laggy UI.

One thing that i noticed is that cou usage is slightly more when UI lags. With fluid UI is around 89-95% while is 100+% when it lags... but i'm not 100% sure that this is always the case because i already saw 100+% cpu without a laggy UI.

I forgot to say that the lag get worse over time (it doesn't matter if you click on update more times)
