It has recently come to my attention that many of the premade fuel tanks in RN's mods, being tagged as SM tanks, can be used as incredibly large, nearly massless batteries.
Since many RN Soviet Rockets parts rely on single-part stages, they require electric charge, RCS fuel, and other resources to be included in the tank along with the main propellant load. This makes it extremely difficult to easily prevent the player from removing the main propellant load and replacing it with EC.
Since pre-made tank parts aren't really supported by RP-1 anyway, just remove the RP-1 tag from them.
