fix build for Visual Studio 2019 #25

the project doesn't compile for Visual Studio 2019 out of the box, it would be nice to have build fixed for the modern compiler
e.g. there are many errors from stlport, as version is really old, as well as some generic errors, as compiler is now much more strict
