Suitability for other scRNA seq data

Hello,
thank you for this interesting tool! Do you have any experience how the calculations perform for scRNA seq data that is not related to cancer cells? Can I use this package if I change the medium composition accordingly or are there also other parameters in the calculations that are only suitable for cancer/TME?
