L-measure software came with the package needs updating

First of all, thank you for the python wrapper. It has been very convenient to use.

One issue I found recently is that the L-measure software preinstalled with the package needs updating. For example, this following file runs perfectly fine with the newest Windows Lmv5.3, but will provoke an "Given File type is not supported!! Unable to create Neuron" error from the Windows Lm preinstalled in the package.

I am certain that this is not an issue caused by other parts of the package because once I swapped the Lm from the package with the newest version of Lm, the error message no longer appear and L-measures could be extracted normally.

Hi @sunzhenyang2018 , Thank you for reporting the issue. I will update the LM binaries to the latest versions and release an updated pip package. Hoping to have some time this week to do this.
