Somebody has to compile fake-julia/julia.exe and fake-julia/julia-debug.exe? #181

Reading julia.exe history https://github.com/JuliaPy/pyjulia/commits/master/julia/fake-julia/julia.exe and julia-win.c history https://github.com/JuliaPy/pyjulia/commits/master/julia/fake-julia/julia-win.c, it looks like julia.exe is now older than julia-win.c.

But I think it's not urgent, since fake-julia is not useful unless we can support separated cache #173.
