In my view, conda.jl is still the easiest way (and default setting) for a new Julia user to use PyCall.jl.

I may add that my own tests started failing recently, presumably due to PyCall/Conda, which is why I noted the failing Pycall tests.

I realized it is actually the master tests which are failing. The most recent release is fine. Feel free to close this.
