@mathutopia, Could you add the Chinese text for the multi-language demonstration in the example notebook?

For me, the Chinese translation works in the example notebook. Just make sure to use the latest PlutoTeachingTools v0.3.0.

The menu works. But where we dominate prefered_text(), it only shows a few languages.
