It might bot be. But in MATLAB it allows scripts which use matrix operations be reproducible. Isn't that a thing for Julia as well?

Intel MKL has a
Conditional Numerical Reproducibility
(CNR) Mode (See Introduction to Conditional Numerical Reproducibility (CNR)).It should be added as an option in the new Trampoline API.
The CNR mode is the default mode on MATLAB.
