allow rand(r::Range)

julia> rand(1:10)
10

julia> rand(1:1:10)
ERROR: no method rand(Range{Int64},)

I don't know what is going on, but I'm pretty sure this should work.

Wait maybe not. I didn't realized there was a difference between Range1 and Range.

rand(r::Range1) is define, so maybe this was intended not to work. In that case consider this a feature request.
