Possible future issue:
If we use WeightedCovMatrix, two of the axes of the out cube will be the variable axis.

In the past I was calling the second axis VariablleAxis2, although I think the name CoVariable would be better, in particular for the specification of x and y in plot functions

Solved by introducing CoVariableAxis
