Feature Request: Keyword for thousands separators #957

Sometimes CSV files have thousands separators (different ones for different countries, . in most of the world but , in the old commonwealth). It would be great with a keyword that allowed passing a thousands separator - possibly this could be given a default value if decimal is set.
