praatcon no longer required for Windows

The functionality that used to be in "Praatcon" for Windows is now built into the Praat installation and once Praat is added to the path it opens with the command "praat". I'm not confident enough in branching and suggesting to give my full script but have added below what I've changed to make it work on my computer.

The steps I've done, just in case it helps:
extractFormants.py
line 461: praatcon.exe --> praat.exe
line 462: change message regarding praatcon

line 749: praatcon.exe --> praat.exe
line 752: change message regarding praatcon
