.NET runtime 4.0 error ISPY version 4.8.4.0

This error has ocurred 3 times now at random times
The system is XP sp 3 with all updates applied AMD Athlon II X4 640
Since other users do not seem to be getting this error, I would expect it to be 
something on my system. I would appreciate some pointers as to where to look or 
what to do to get more info.
The event log shows:
