I seems to be resolved now, as no such effect occurs anymore. @arksap2002, you may test one more time and consider closing it.

Didn't get the problem. Isn't it a flexible window in terms of size? I mean, you can change the size of this window and then scroll (left-right + up-down) to read all the text of the description. At least it works like this right now, which is expected behavior.
@arksap2002, can you please clarify what you meant and close this issue if it is no longer reproducing?
