Video Library Filter - Keep the Filter and Column selections

• in the Video Library page, once a user sets a Filter, can that filter remain even if you navigate to a different page and comes back
• This is especially handy when users set a filter to search for a video but there are multiple videos that fit that particular filter setting and end up needing to look through a few videos to find the one they want.
  • at the moment, because it resets each time you come back to the Video Library page, users have to reapply the filter each time (see demo below)
• Same with the Columns button (see demo below)

Also, (if there are plans to have multiple filter options in the future) can we have a clear filter button
