• Cancel Edit rather than Save
• It still looks like it applied until you refresh the page or go to another page/tab and come back

Recommendation:

Can we have it removes your edit immediately if you don't save OR have a prompt that says something like, 'there are unsaved edits, do you wish to continue?'
