Great! Thanks for getting in touch. It basically means migrating the content from this static site page: https://jessicaml.github.io/ScienceMotion-Static/navigation.html onto the rails application: https://scimo.herokuapp.com/ (and creating a tab on the nav bar). On the static site, it's built with html but the rails site uses react for views)
