Try using Steam Inventory Helper; it has a built-in SDA now

The problem with authorization is probably on the SteamKit side, it is these libraries that Steam Desktop Authenticator uses.

manually updating steamkit wasnt bringing success to me. probably the steamauth steamauth-repo which is also outdated needs to be updated aswell.

Having the exact same issue, can no longer add new accounts to my SDA.
