Compile trouble.

Hi, i'm actualy the owner of Miami-Vice a french project on sa-mp 0.3.7R2 on Vice City & Liberty City maps.

I try to add this 2 city to map editor but i can't compile it, could you tell me, with what did you compile it?

I'm not supporting this project anymore as i quit sa-mp scene, compiler is delphi 7, but a person without knowledge of how delphi works will probably not be able to compile it.
