Do the steps in this section "Install sqlmlutils on the client computer"

Do the steps in this section "Add a Python package on SQL Server" except change text-tools to textblob and in the connection=sqlmlutils line, remove everything except database="database" and put in the name of your database that you created using the DDL.SQL SQL Script.


Be sure to open tcp port 1433 in firewall settings and turn on SQL Server tcp listener
