Scanlator filter include option

Allow the user to include a scanlator group when filtering them which would result in all other groups to be considered excluded.

Other details

Often I want to get my chapters only from one single scanlator group but I have to exclude every single group I don't want in the filter and if a new group is added I have to change my filter. A include option would fix this.
