Some scripts only work if the username is Adminstrator #12

Just to note for others using these scripts, having used them to set up a new physical PC...

There are a few references to user Administrator here

https://github.com/JayBazuzi/machine-setup/blob/main/windows.ps1#L51-L52

syspin "C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\GitHubDesktop\GitHubDesktop.exe" "Pin to taskbar"
syspin  "C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\MobTime\MobTime.exe" "Pin to taskbar"

These would need to be changed to the actual user running the script, currently....
