source tarball for old Matching versions no longer available in CRAN #3

Apparently the old source tarballs for Matching (for example Matching_4.9-7.tar.gz) are no longer available via CRAN.
I think they used to be available through the CRAN archive (https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/), but that's not the case anymore it seems.

Is that deliberate for some reason?
